True Vibenation play the Factory Theatre on May 27 for a special hometown show after a mammoth 12 months taking their unique blend of earth shattering bass, big brass, African rhythms and hip-hop to the world stage.

With supports from Sydney inner west favorites Project Collective Ska and sought after DJ and soul music afficionado Krystel Diola, The Factory Theatre dancefloor is set to radiate good vibes.

2016 was a landmark year for the band with the trio taking their infectious brand of music to Glastonbury Festival (UK) and embarking on their first European tour, playing festivals and shows across the UK, Germany, Austria and Portugal.

The momentum continued to snowball with their song ‘The World Is Ours’racking up half a million plays, peaking at #1 on Spotify’s viral chart for the UK and #4 globally and added to rotation on Triple J, FBI, Double J and community radio across the country.

On their return to Australia the band were handpicked to join international acts Ozomatli and Thievery Corporation on their Australian tours.

With their first Africa tour and success in Europe True Vibenation were definitely not short on inspiration as they returned to the studio to work on their next release.
